Is it possible to get sheet music for any of his works? If so, from where?

I am hopeful that some one will have the industry to
produce some editions of the concertos of the
clarinet virtuoso Jose Canongia (1784-1842).
He wrote four concertos [LiBN]!! and several
variations and other works. Stylistically he is close
to Crusell, Weber and Spohr. I know No.3.
He is worthy of the comparison.
There was a time (1960s/70s) when Crusell was very
little known outside Sweden and Finland.
Canongia should be next for the treatment!
His family came from Spain, but he was born in Portugal.
Maybe the geography is against him. He travelled very widely
so his style became quite cosmopolitan.
