Suggested trills:

Eb to F: I'd use the lh 1 + 2 + sliver for the the Eb and trill with
the lower TWO rh trill keys, since they're a little more ergonomic than
the two lh fingers, but it's a tossup.

Bb to C: This trill is supposed to be done with BOTH of the upper trill
keys, not just the top one - otherwise it sounds weak, as you've found.

Bar 41, C to Eb: For the Eb, Tom Ridenour suggests (p. 16, No. 6 in his
fingering book) using Reg + side Ab + lh 1-2-3 + rh 1, which I find
awkward and not so great sounding. I don't have any trouble at all with
the standard Eb fingering speaking, but I also prefer using my third
(ring) finger for this over the middle finger - it sounds better and is
usually just as easy; same for the top line F#, which, in fact, is how
the Boehm flute fingers it, and the reason, as I recall from this list,
is that the more favored tone hole conformation is with TWO open holes
above the closed one rather than just one.

Caveat: I generally don't know what I'm talking about, so this
information is worth what you've paid for it.
