Opinion(of course)
In speaking of young people and their views. I am the band dad for
115 high school kids, young adults, and a chaperone/booster for my
other daughters 90 count band. I love these kids to death, they
have the burn for music that got me to drag my clarinet out and
start playing in the church band with my 2 daughters. I admit they
are inexperienced but they have that unabashed love for just kickin'
it, as they say. They produced a jazz CD and played some of the
most complicated concert music and I must admit did fantastic. Sure
we have boneheads, but I think we seem to have them here and they
aren't teens. I hope we will listen to the ideas of our young
people and appreciate them for who they are...great! nuff said!
