I'm pretty sure that's for two clarinets in Bb, not in A.
(I've been wrong before, though.)

My source doesn't state that this is for clarinet in A.

You also mentioned the Weber concerti earlier as well...I'm pretty sure
those are for clarinet in Bb as well.
