Going back to the original question of what music makes you wince - for
me it's Hava Nagila - because I've heard it at least 10 million times
(I'm Jewish) and it embarrases me because it's so overused that people
think it's the only Israeli music there is. I'm purely guessing that
Greeks might feel the same way about Zorba the Greek. I guess all this
raises the question of bias one way or the other deciding what a culture
*is* by listening to one song.
