Just an insight on a slight tangent. The music track for this movie is
very controversial in the US because it was recorded by the Kirov
Orchestra while they were in the US to perform with the opera or ballet
at the Kennedy Center. Apparently they were willing to undercut the going
union rate for this sort of work. When confronted, the movie producers
said that they wanted a Russian orchestra because the subject of the
movie was Russian, so American players wouldn't do! there was something
of a stink with immigration, who has to approve the Kirov visa when they
come here to play, but ultimately Kirov was allowed back in for a run at
the Metropolitan Opera, over the objection of the American Federation of
Musicians. BTW, the complaint was that the recording was not listed on
their visa as part of their activities while in the US.

Not that I see many movies, but I'm planing to miss this one.
