Bonney--

To prevent teeth marks, go to your local music store and purchase some
mouthpiece patches. Yamaha and several other companies make them, and in
different thicknesses.

As far as embochure development goes, I defer to others with more
experience.

Subject: [kl] Suggestions

Does anyone have any suggestions, (boy, is this going to be a stupid
question) for improving embochure that has never really been correct from
day one. Let's just say I have been playing for "awhile" but my music
teacher in school never stressed a really correct embochure.

I have teeth marks on my mouthpiece. I had them on my old ones as well. I
am contemplating getting a new mouthpiece and do not want to end up with
teeth marks in it because I am not buying just any mouthpiece when I do go
buy one.

Suggestions will be "greatly" appreciated on ways to correct this long time
problem.

Thank you to all in advance.

Bonney

PS I also play flute, piccolo and sax.
