Get new doctors. You may or may not have carpal tunnel syndrome; none of
us are qualified to practice medicine over the Internet.

Having real pain, not just soreness and fatigue, in a joint is your body's
way of telling you something is radically amiss. You need to know what is
amiss before you can design a regimen to treat the problem.
