Actually, while saxes (as well as clarinets) of various sizes are my main
double, I have others. Pardon be for "blowing my own horn" but I have also
during my lifetime played in public (generally NOT for pay) on piano,
guitar, trumpet, trombone, flute, and oboe. I do not consider myself
capable beyond Jr. High level on any of these, but sometimes ya just gotta
do these things. I have a recording on which Benny Goodman plays bari sax,
alto sax, and CORNET, so I know it is not just me! I also OWN a violin and
an accordian, but I know better than to subject anyone else to these.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is TOO LOUD!
