Hello,

I have carpel tunnel syndrome and it hurts to play, and since that I
want to play, that presents a problem. Are there any methods that
anyone has found, that helps speed things up a bit, so I can get back to
playing again?

I am an American living in Germany so seeing a doctor at the moment
isn't the easiest thing for me... else that is where I would be right
now.

As for the doubling question that was asked in the other thread... It is
guitar for me, and I have been rotating between the two instruments
trying to help keep my hands/wrists pain-free. (Which does seem to help
a little.)
