Thank you, Chuck! Your suggestions, especially about times to visit and
how to approach are invaluable. I am planning to do lots of what you
mentioned as well as the Latin Quarter and La Marais on foot. I'll be
staying near the Louvre. Regarding the tour along the Seine, does
"Bateaux Mouches" refer to a company or what? Does this tour operate at
night when the buildings are lit up? Do you have any suggestions for
inexpensive but great food?
