Personally I don't see the problem with the tagline. Although I may not
subscribe to his point of view, I certainly respect his right to have
it. As for when it was the only text in a message he posted, I assumed
he sent a blank message by mistake, as when you add a signature to your
messages... A blank message will still carry that tag line... Which is
not that uncommon of a mistake.
As for tagline, "God loves you just as you are but loves you enough to
not leave you like you are!"... Does that mean I will become a better
clarinet player?
