Thanks for pointing that out to me. And I was only temporarily trying to
glue the cork down, basically, it was during our workshop weekend, when we
hade Mr. Angell form Canada come to listen and work with us, and I HAD to
have my clarinet playable. And this was also right before a concert.
Afterward, when we had time, we actually didn't. My grandfather almost died
last summer of cancer. He had small celled lung cancer, with produced to
benign tumors, one proceeding on to his brain, the other staying there in
his lungs. So, after the brain surgery, radiation and chemo, he still had to
have checkups. So we didn't have the time nor the money. And we are still
trying to pay for the flute we just bought me...lol...so yes, Elmers glue
does work. It works wonders. My cork is still on there, but loose. I
basically just want to glue the cork back to itself. It was breaking in
half...so...
Sincerely,. Kimber
