Joe,

Be sure to clean the pad cups carefully....and all cups must be perfectly
parallel with the seat. The smaller pads won't move....
I use the regular white backed pads on the bottom 4 pad cups. I can size
them more precisely. If you use the greenbacks, and float them, you have to
go down at least 1/2 mm to ensure the float.
