Karona,

I have been using a Bonade inverted for several months, and I really like
it too. I have also had that problem with the damage to my mouthpiece but
I have not discovered that it has any effect on how the mouthpiece
works. However, when I complained about the problem to my teacher, he
suggested I place a piece of clear tape or one of those clear, thin
mouthpiece teeth guards on the back of the mouthpiece. I have not tried
it, so I'm not sure how it works, but it might allow you to keep your Bonade.

Robyn
