But people DO judge a person by his/her appearance. And the fact that
people spend phenomenal amounts of money on the latest styles of clothing,
etc., PROVES that they KNOW it and are willing to work within that
system. The Christian punk rockers you cite should understand that they
are sending out VERY confusing vibes. If you dress like a bum, people will
assume you are one and treat you accordingly. If a girl dresses like a
slut, she should not be offended when she is propositioned. If you dress
like your favorite punk rock star, complete with tattoos, people will
naturally judge you to be a loser. If you don't like your book reviews,
change your cover. It is much easier than changing human nature.
