Exactly the sort of drivel a liberal professor would spout to make the
opposite side appear evil. It is, of course, nonsense, since the Bill of
Rights was written at essentially the same time by the same people.

Gee, maybe that law was passed by "living document" types.

Why should the schools not have the right to search THEIR OWN
property? The locker is provided for the convenience of the student. I
suppose that problem could be solved be denying lockers to all students. I
find such searches entirely reasonable. In fact, I think I would be making
waves in school board meetings if such things were NOT done.
