I sucked the text out of the .pdf file and put it into a .doc file viewable
with Microsoft Word or Wordpad. It's fairly readable, but the fonts have
changed, so I don't guarantee its accuracy. I'll e-mail it to anyone who
requests it directly from me at dsears@-----.net (NOT to the whole
list).
