Mark C. (and yes, I have requested that the police get a search warrant
before they searched the trunk of my car. It's just as much my duty to
remind them of my constitutional rights as it is theirs to stop me for
some "suspicious behaviour" like having a brake light flickering. They
"let me go" after 2 hours - without searching my trunk. The judge didn't
think a flickering taillight was probable cause enough ...)
