Rather off-topic perhaps, but I would really like someone to explain to me
how the health and welfare of the school and student body as a whole is
affected by one individual taking drugs. Dealing is one thing, taking
another.

For God's sake, random drug tests of kids? What planet are these people on?
What sort of message are they trying to send?

As for music and drugs... a quote passed to me by an orchestral friend: the
conductor, wishing to start from letter C, announced, "Let's take Charlie."

:P
