The system will be unavailable for a couple of hours later this evening
(June 26, 2002, at approx. 9:00-11:00 PM EDT, UTC/GMT -5) for a IP number
switchover. Some ISPs may experience longer delays, up to 24 hours, but
those should be few and far between.
