Yes, trivially, and there his answer stops...though he wrongly went on.

Frankly, it's the sort of bullshit question that no-one can answer. How
could he possibly know? What sort of context would enable him, or
anyone, to give any sort of sensible answer?

Grow up, and do whatever it takes to get better -- if you want to.
