Subject: [kl] Scale warmup routine survey

Dear list,

All this talk of finger dexterity has gotten me so
excited! :) I am curious about what other list
members use for a warmup (scales, arpeggios, etc.) I
personally do the Robert Spring warmup routine each
day. I play the Klose scales and thirds, and Langenus
arpeggios. Plus, I add chromatic scales to the mix.
I play these all at quarter note = 60,100,120 slurred
and with different articulations. It takes around an
hour to complete with appropriate rest. Does anyone
else use this system or a similar one? David
Hattner... what do you use? :)
