When I was young I was taught we used less than 25% of our brain.
What's taught today is that we use all of our brain, but we haven't
determined what the ultimate capacity and rendundancy is.

What the article referred to (accurately or inaccurately) is a
morphological distintcion, not a virtual (number of interconnections) one.
