Nope, I don't think so. Tomorrow night, I'll be playing a concert with the
Evansville (IN) Symphonic Band, with a guest soloist from the US Army Band
in Washington, SGT. MAJ. Woodrow English. He is the principal bugler for
military ceremonies in the Washington area, and note that he is a non-com,
not an officer.
