I don't look at the stats - too much bother ...

What has always amazed me is that people seem to be able to figure out the
process to subscribe without trouble (I get maybe two or three emails a year
concerning that problem) but can't follow the exact same process to
unsubscribe - more than half the requests I get to be unsubscribed are from
people who haven't even tried to send email to the address on the bottom of
every posting. Out of the half that _does_ send to the address, there are a
few that can't unsubscribe without instruction because of an email address
problems - the others just never send in their followup message.

Mark, have you any guess-timate as to how many people unsubscribe
successfully? Do the 'problems' amount to a very small percentage,
such as .01%? Or is it more like 5%?
