Actually, I was replying to Lelia and suggesting that she look for a teacher
in the service bands. I am already studying with a former Army Field Band
clarinetist in the Ft. Meade area. Thanks for the suggestion though. I
hope Lelia gets it.

If you are looking for a teacher in the DC area, Robert Little retired from
the Air Force Band in DC about a year ago. I don't know how much he is
teaching and he was talking about moving back to Texas, but if he is still
up
there and teaching lessons, Robert would be a good teacher. He would also
know someone who would teach you if he is not teaching. I don't have his
phone number, but you can get it from the Air Force Band. I am sure several
of the clarinetists stiil have contact with him and his wife might still be
in the band. Good Luck.
