I use GoldWave. As Mark C says, it changes everything.

Subject: [kl] Transpose from CD
This is a little off-topic, but I'm in a hurry. Is anyone aware of software
that will read a CDA track (or a WAV if I rip the track to my hard drive)
and, without altering anything else, transpose the entire thing to a
different key?
Most WAV editors will do this. You'll have to look at the "resampling" menu
pick most probably. You'll have to fool around to get the right amount of
tone change. Rememer that _everything_ will change - percussion, clapping,
audience noise, etc.
