Does anyone know someone (or is there someone on this list) who can cork
pad my Bb for me within the next two weeks of this month? I was going to
have it done later this summer as people are backed up and I had the
allowable time since I didn't have any prior playing engagements, but
the offer of the festival has added some (totally unwanted! yikes!)
urgency to the matter. It *has* to be done, there are no too's, ifs,
ands or buts about it. The upper joint is leaky and I can't stand it
anymore, and I don't have another Bb in my possession to use in lieu of
the one needing repair. Or, is there some sort of quick fix that can
tide me over for three weeks of playing? (There probably isn't, but it's
worth asking about.) I know this is short notice, but I wasn't
anticipating a short notice offer for a festival like the one I got
yesterday, either.

I can ship it anywhere in the U.S.
