I'm looking at a photograph (Jack Brymer, "Clarinet", Fig. 7) whose
caption is: "6-key clarinet circa 1820". The barrel in this
photograph is at least 'bulbous', perhaps spherical, on the exterior.
I'm wondering about the bore inside.

Does your clarinet have such a barrel? If so, is the bore spherical?
