Well, I meant the tone is a little "stronger" and less "pretty." Perfectly
good, mind you, but with a bit more cutting power. That's why I use that
as my jazz mouthpiece and the K10M for band/classical, Just like I use an
Otto Link metal on my alto sax for jazz lead and a Meyer 5M for other
purposes. Now, with the just about fully restored Balanced Tone, I am
finding that the Vandoren B46 is providing similar results to the Series
10/C85 combination, and is a little freer-blowing than the B45.
