I found an old pill bottle that my mouthpiece fits into. I fill it with
lime juice till its all covered (except the cork part) and let it soak a
bit. Then I use something soft like a Q-tip to clean with. Do not use hot
water to rinse as you may warp the mouthpiece and make it useless. Be
careful of some of the mouthpiece brushes out there as they have a metal
core or spine that can scratch the inside up really good. Personaly, I don't
use them.
