Sure, copies from someones mailbox could be sent (but not by Klez!) - but
then the sender would have to subscribe to the list in order to ask to be
taken off since only subscribers can post - which would be mightily stupid.

.... but being serious for a moment, my thought was that, if the sender
isn't officially subscribed (which you can look up, of course), then
couldn't the Klez virus be sending Klarinet emails to this fellow
unasked?
