The entire system will be down for some period of time on 21 May 2002 while
the ISP that woodwind.org, clarinet.org, systems hosted at the site, and the
mail servers are connected to switches to a new carrier. You may have
trouble connecting for up to 24 hours; I have set DNS queries to time out
every 10 minutes, but sometimes things take longer than expected.

I will be switching ISPs in the near future again to cut costs and boost
throughput by 50%.
