Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for clarinet repair folks in the NYC
area, preferably within the five boroughs.

I own Yamaha 72 series instruments, and would prefer to take them to
someone who has a lot of experience with Yamaha instruments.

My Bb is in very good shape, and was completely overhauled by Rennick Ross
a few years ago (cork upper, with double skinned, hand made pads on the
lower half). However, it is time for a tune-up, so to speak. I will
not pay for a full overhaul, because it does not need one, so I need to
find a shop that is willing to only fix what is needed/desired, rather
than one that insists on doing the whole thing out of convenience. I have
not had any work done in the city since I moved here, so I have no
knowledge of the reputations of any of the repair shops here.

Any help you folks could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
