My favorite work for bass clarinet is the Othmar Schoeck Sonata. It's got
some difficult ensemble parts in it. And alot of accidentals make it a bit
hard to read at first. Both Henri Bok and Renate Rusche have recorded the
Schoeck. (Probably some others have as well, but those are the two
recordings i have).

As for Eb rep. The Bolcom as mentioned earlier. Sean Osborne has a sonata
for Eb available. You could do the Cavalini variations on Carneval of
Venice. James Scott Balentine wrote a short 4 movement work
for Bob Walzel each movement on a different clarinet (Eb, Bb, A, Bass, in
that order). There are some difficult licks in that piece. And there's a
movement almost entirely of tremolos (which are hard to read because of a
poor layout).
