Hello,
I play on Rossi large bore rosewood A and Bb clarinets using six Rossi
barrels of various sizes and have never felt or found a need to use other
barrels. When I use my Buffet Prestige clarinets, I use Opperman barrels of
various materials including ebony, boxwood and rosewood.
