You were probably playing out of the Rubank "blue" book out of the
pair of books called "78 duets". Any music store will be able to
order this for you, and it would be very inexpensive for you to own
both books. Pick up Morton Gould's book of six duets if you can find
it. Maybe you consider them modern, but I played them in December and
had a lot of fun with them!
