If you look under the Greenlines, you'll read:

"Power forged silver keywork and posts, preplated in copper"

which covers the R13, Festival, RC, and RC Prestige models.

The whole thing about the silver is marketing with selective omission. I
wouldn't be surprised if the wood blurb is the same thing.

The RC and R13 style bores and bells are different, and the Festival has
different register tube and hole placement than the R13. If you search the
archives you'll find some specifics about the R13/Festival differences.
