If you want to be involved in virtually professional performance, if you
want to make optimal progress on your instrument, if you want outstanding
preparation for college and for life, if you want to be among people who are
excited, even passionate about their art and their academics, if you want
truly deep and lasting friendships, if you can imagine being away from your
present crowd, school and your parents for extended periods, if you are well
grounded psychologically, if you can be as excited for your friend in the
theatre program as you are for your friends in the orchestra or band, if you
can abide music teachers who are of professional performance caliber, and
academic teachers who could be teaching at any university, and who function
