Anne,
I have performed the 2nd and 3rd Tango Etudes (actually they're more
Sambas than tangos) on the alto and also on the tenor sax. I think they
work better on the tenor. It never occured to me to use the clarinet.
Maybe I should try it out! I have played around with No. 4 on the clarinet
but never performed it yet.
They (Nos. 2 + 3) always had a very good effect. I'm sure it's worth
tackling!
