S.K. - does that stand for Speaker Key? Stubbins Key-something? Or maybe =
for Schmidt-Kolbe? After all, the latter system has a B-flat improvement =
mechanism; it is a vent key, which is only operated when both the A-key =
and the speaker key are activated.
