Hi Donna,
No ideas for soundproofing, but a simple
plan that may help. While staying in motel
rooms, I have found that far fewer people
complain about the practicing clarinetist
if I TURN ON THE TV WHILE PRACTICING....
not a great environment for working on your
tone...but it helped.
