Hi Bear,

I'm always interested in something new. If you feel so inclined, please
forward the music to me at the address below. I've given up on Easter,
Passover is so much easier. The food is better and there is less mess!

Subject: [kl] Easter Disaster and New Scores

Hello, Klarinet List.

I've still had several Internet and E-Mail Outages
in the last few weeks, but I'm finally getting caught
up on E-Mails.

I hope everyone had a Good Easter, Kaddosche
Pesach, or a least a Happy Rockerfeller. (If you
don't know about this tired old joke of mine, please
E-Mail me.)

This Easter was a terrible disaster for me! Every
time I'd try to make the Chocolate Easter Rabbits,
they'd kick and scream, when I'd try to lower them
into the boiling chocolate! They got scalding choco-
late and fur, all over the kitchen walls and ceiling,
and escaped out the window.

They did all of this last year, but this year I was
ready for them. This time I also wore a T-shirt, in-
stead just gym shorts. (Do you have ANY idea of
how much it hurts to get fast-hardening, melted
chocolate all over a fat, hairy tummy? And pulling
it off is worse than a wax-hair-removal treatment!)

Plus at least I opened the window, and removed
the screen, this year, so neither would be broken by
escaping bunnies. Now all I have to do is squeegee
the hardened chocolate and fur from the walls and
ceiling in the kitchen.

Meanwhile, some of you have expressed interest
in my "Trio for Flute, Oboe and Bb Clarinet" (Jan.
2002, 5 mvts., 15 min.) and/or the Bb Transposition
of my "Suite for Two Bassoons" (Jan. 2002, 5 mvts.,
18 min.) (which is also called my "Duo Suite"). If
so, please E-Mail me about these works, as I will be
happy to hear what some of you think of these new
works. (I'll try to scrape the chocolate bunny fur off
the scores, before I mail them to anyone.)
