Bill,

One in the same. He used to be in Baltimore. Paul now
spends most of his time with his own brand of custom
oboes, and oboe repair. As far as I know, he doesn't
make the barrels anymore for retail, but would
probably make another if you liked that particular
one, if he still has his blades for that taper of
cutting.

His website is www.oboes.com and the welcome page
tells you about him moving from Baltimore to Atlanta,
plus his new address and phone number (I say new, but
he's been there 6 or 7 years, I believe.)
