Possibly a RH F/C to Eb/Ab and a LH E/F# to B/C# roller key. They would
have to be small, but a good craftsman should be able to build them in to
existing keys. I tend to use these slides quite a bit, with the help of a
little help from oil on the side of my nose for the pinkies!
