This is, you should pardon the expression, a BS response.
Fact is, if I were receiving KL posts individually instead of via digest,
any post with an expletive in the subject would get bounced and not pass
through my company's filters.

Keeping our subject headers (and our texts, too, for that matter) clean
enough that we wouldn't mind if our dear old grannies read them is not
difficult, and is polite.
