I might be that your mouthpiece itself is leaching sulphur, as hard rubber
sometimes does. Check and see what lies in the CASE closest to the
tarnishing keys. I have not heard of the problem with Rovner ligatures,
but you never know. Experiment and see. If that doesn't work, try keeping
you mouthpiece in a sealed plastic bag.
