Female opera sopranos should not be allowed to sing pop (with their
opera voice, at least). The lady tonight was a pleasure to hear wwhen
she sang Summertime; but Summertime was part of an opera in the first
place.

I have never understood why opera sopranos try it. They must be able
to hear that it doesn't work.
