Bill Wright suggested you look at the Sneezy online clarinet resource,
which is an excellent idea. Here's a link to an article of interest

I have a Linton clarinet manufactured in the mid-1960's as well as a
Selmer Centered Tone manufactured in the mid-1950's. Both instruments
show no signs of being tired ("blown-out" is the usual euphimism). A
good friend who is a professional jazz musician has a Buffet R-13 made
in the mid-1950's - that instrument is outstanding.

In short...if your repairman thinks your horn is in fine shape, it
probably is...if you're not satisfied with that, have another competent
repairman look it over...
